July 18,2025 I stayed over inthus Motel and it was very nice and clean and everything worked.

It is a dated hotel. But was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Had microwave and small fridge. Tv worked good. Shower was great. Room smelled very good and clean. 60.00 on Booking.com

For the price in the area, can’t complain. Location ehhhh. But the service desk and cleaning ladies are solid. Been here over a month, for a single guy traveling pipeline, it’s quit. Got the occasional guys out cooking and drinking but I’ve never lost sleep over it. No issues and showers and sinks have great pressure. Overall for where we are, worth saving some money and staying

Conveniently located right off of 45. Room was clean. Water was hot. Hair dryer and tv worked. Fridge was cold. No nasty carpet thank God. No noisy people in the parking lot. Older motel but no real complaints about room. My one complaint is I made a reservation at American Inn, arrived about 8pm and the office was closed. No one answered the phone. Was about to go try another hotel when we saw a man and asked him if he knew where the office person was. He said you have to go to the Super 8 next door. They could have put a sign up on the American Inn door telling people that. They almost lost a customer that night.

Very nice room. Clean and well supplied except there was no hair dryer. A little convoluted to access as uses same office as Super 8.

I had different expectations, and I have to admit I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by this place. The lady at the front desk was lovely, and professional,and well articulated. When you check in very late at night, the person that works overnight usually isn’t the most congenial which is why they work overnight. this wasn’t the case. Check-in was super easy. when I got to the room, it was extremely clean. I was floored to be honest as I had to mop my own floor at the last hotel I stayed at a couple days before that. The bathroom was spotless, and still new as far as the quality of the building. Instead of those little bottles of toiletries, they had dispensers on the wall which I thought was really cool. The floors were clean. The beds were nice and neat and clean. The walls were clean. The equipment and furniture were all in good shape. The beds were comfortable. if I had to nitpick, I would say, the only thing was the fluorescent, bright, white light that they provide in the ceiling is the only light within the main area of the room. I would suggest softer lighting. It’s more relaxing and comfortable. It was like an office or prison lighting. Not that I’ve been to prison but it’s just harsh lol. The maid was there 30 minutes before check out which I thought was strange, but she woke me up on time and was very nice when I asked for a few more minutes. That’s not the case with most hotels. Once it’s check out time and you’re not out, they treat you very harshly verbally, and it’s jarring. She was very kind of me and understanding. I run my own business and I’m also in Customer service. I hold myself too pretty hard and high standards when it comes to details. People destroy and treat other peoples property badly when they don’t own it, so sometimes the person “behind the counter” expects to be treated a certain way when dealing with customers like this constantly. So when I walked into the front office, I asked how her night was going, and put effort on my end, and received it back. So don’t forget sometimes you get what you give from a customer standpoint. It may be because I had a Pleasant experience it changed my whole perspective of the experience altogether. So next time you have complaints about some establishment please ask yourself if you set yourself up to see it like that or if you’re exaggerating to make a stronger point.

Great spot for pets, laundry room and food nearby. Was a quiet, safe place and well lit area.

We stayed at ammeican inn for one night. It was very clean and quiet...yes a bit outdated but for the price you pay it's not bad at all. Location is ok...nothing to brag about just ok. It has a blow dryer, ironing board and all your other shower necessities. I always check for bed bugs or any kind of bugs...this place passed.
